[BSPatch] PHYSFS_open(/OpenAL32.dll): Access is denied.

Hello,
Friends recommended I try the game. I download, run the .exe, it creates the download folder in c:\users\<user>\, then crashes.
I've attached the launcher log.
Windows 8.1 64-bit machine.
Any help is appreciated.
