[1.3] Orc Patrols Contain Adventurers

Like the subject indicates, orc patrols in my current game contain adventurer parties, though they still appear on the map as orc patrols. This seems to have occurred after I returned to the West and encountered an adventurer party there.
This is making life in the East somewhat more interesting, to say the least.
