ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I started a new character. my previous character had anmalice so i was expectin the debuff. But the new character also is getting it frequently and he never saw the weapon. The class of the Character is the Same but the name is different.

Im getting the same thing with every single new character i make. Sometimes during resting or autoexploring the debuff from Anmalice pops up although that character has never even seen that weapon.
I also deleted the savefile of my old wyrmic that had the weapon once and the error still happens.

I've had this happen before, and I actually kind of love it. Anmalice is just THAT corrupted, it even infects your characters with a curse from their ancestors.

I say we embrace the bug! We need an unlock that requires cooperation (and/or malice) across multiple timelines.
