ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Am currently in the Dark Crypt. Tried casting 'Breathe' which caused the screen to flash black on and off. Reloaded game and now Temporal Hounds will not summon over two hounds. Hounds Skill is 5/5.

Edit: Turning off the skill and waiting for its cooldown seems to fix the issue.

Next time this pops up could someone please post the error log?
