Much like the infamous lightning-spamming Emperor Wight this Poison Ivy cannot be hit with aoe nor does it occupy any square I can walk into.

this bug is so common, there is a mod for that(not specifically). its called "bosses gone AWOL". (hope I did not misspell it)
never heard of a poison ivy doing it, but pretty sure its the same bug or glitch.
