ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but I had an annoying glitch happen today with my Cornac Corruptor. I was at the Spellblaze Scar, fighting the Grand Corruptor and one of his Tempest minions. I'd just managed to survive his Fearscape and bring him at 50% life when a lightning bolt from the minion finished me on the same turn.

I ended up on the Eidolon plane, but when I got there the mid-fight dialog with the GC was open. Since I wanted the Corrupted Shell prodigy with that character, I answered the dialog so as to go to Zigur, assuming once I got back from the EP I'd be there (or would be wisked there directly.)

Instead, I got stuck on the last dialog page, the one with only the "let's go" option. No way to close it, hitting "a" to chose to go wasn't working, and I couldn't move my character with the dialog open. I had to force-quit TOME to escape that, even quitting wasn't possible. Once I reloaded the game my character was on the EP, and once I rezzed the GC was hostile with no way to get the "Fight Zigur" option back. I actually deleted that character over that.

I realize it's less an actual bug and more a dialog conflict, but since I managed to do it, I figured I'd report it so others wouldn't get stuck there too... Especially with 1.3 just around the corner. :-p

For future reference, this is probably a fixable bug, at the least, I suspect it is, so if it happens again, send your savefile in to be fixed here - http://tome.gatheringspot.org/hesk/ - before you delete it again.

And I suspect the cause is you dying on the same turn that the dialog triggers, and it won't trigger twice. I believe this happened in some older versions as well. Getting it while in fearscape had issues for a while too. I'm not sure how common it is in more recent versions, however.
