Queen missing from Sandworm lair!

I have looked all over zone 4, but she is nowhere to be seen! Is there anything I can do about this?
Make sure you've found and checked all 10 chambers. If you still don't find her, open a ticket and submit your save, I'll fix it http://tome.gatheringspot.org/hesk/
Once 1.3 goes live this shouldn't come up anymore.
