[1.3] save issue

This one might as well be on me and my computer, but worth checking:
I have force restarted my computer while saving my game. This in a not so surprisingly manner corrupted my save, making it unplayable.
I'd suggest checking if it's possible to make saves a bit safer, since it might as well happen due to a power out or similar unavoidable cases, and ruin saves.
