[1.2.5 + Ashes 1.0.1] "All achieved" list nearly empty

In the achievements menu, the "all achieved" list has exactly one entry, Baby Steps from 2013. The "yours only" and everything" lists are filled as normal. I've also got my partner to check her game; she has the same result, except she never did the tutorial so her "all achieved" list is blank.
