ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I went to Tempest Peak on level 17 and go to Level #2 where I encountered Urkis, but he almost killed me so I ran away. I came back at level 20, but I can't find him and there is no level 3 anywhere. I tried looking all over the map and used auto-explore but can't find him and the quest is still active.

Using latest version from Steam on Linux.

Got a log for us?
Otherwise Urkis likes to roam a lot so make extra sure he's not somewhere you've already been. Also check your log to make sure he's not dead.
