UI: Generic talents column shorter than Class talents

Note the last generic talent tree (light, from an escort) is cut off, while Wrath is still visible.

Combat Training is about 1.7-1.8 categories tall, so anything after that is slightly out of line with class categories.

Sure, but that's it's own issue. The problem isn't that Light is slightly out of line with Wrath (which, you're right, is totally because of Combat Training) but that in spite of being slightly above Wrath it has its heading cut in half. The scrollbar ends at the same point, which means the visible part of the generic talents column is simply shorter than the class talents column.

Right now Marson's UI fixes it, but hopefully fixed for 1.3.

Most of Marson's UI could be added to vanilla ToME, honestly. The only questionable bit about it is when you highlight an enemy's name, it cetners on the enemy. Makes targeting enemies by the lower left annoying.
