ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Temporal Fugue doesn't run out. Running the latest Git retrieved copy on Ubuntu. Shalore Paradox mage, used Temporal Fugue and after over 100 turns, it still hasn't run out and the timer does not count down at all.
I Took control of a clone and the timer immediately started counting down, the clone vanishing when it hit zero.
After hitting yes to the "Are you sure you want to set this up" The dialog box does not go away, had to hit esc to get out of it.

It seems some dialog boxes refuse to go away, when dropping an item in the world map it sat on the "Are you sure you want to drop this?" regardless of pressing agree or cancel (Lost about 5 items before I realised what was going on :[)
