Heart of the Sandworm Queen didn't drop

As per the topic title. She was in a 'wall' where the sand had collapsed onto her. I killed her while she was in the wall, and when it was revealed by the other worms/digging, there wasn't anything there. No drops at all, let alone the heart (which I had really hoped to corrupt this run...)
Is there any way to force drop an item? I'd really like to continue with this character...

Activate Dev Mode. You can spawn any item.

Are you sure that the Heart (and other loot) didn't auto-teleport to a nearby clear tile?
You know, like how gear does for regular monsters who die inside a wall.

Well, after some messing around, I was able to recover the loot. I dug my way across pretty much every accessible inch of the map - nothing. When I left and then re-entered however, I found the loot about ten tiles away from where I killed the queen. It's very strange behavior, but fortunately not as game-breaking as it first appeared to be. For anyone who encounters this problem in the future, try exiting and re-entering the level before going nuts searching.
