[Ashes] [1.2.5] Exit to Searing Halls 3 does not appear

My Doom Elf Archmage can't find the exit to Searing Halls 3. When I try to autoexplore, I only find the exit to Searing Halls 1 and get the message "there is nowhere left to explore". I think it may be related to the visual glitch described in this thread: the exit may have spawned on one of those glitchy tiles.
