Dethblyd on hit effect

Neat new weapon. Cool enough that I put down the stronger Blighted Maul to play around with it.
Unfortunately, it's really neat On Hit effect seems to have the same bug that Pyromancy counting does. Most of the time, if an attack kills in one strike, it doesn't count for the bonus. So moving between weak enemies quickly and doing attacks effectively does nothing.
Tried multiple times on lone enemies, and most of the time a simple bump->Kill resulted in no buff activating.
The effect also doesn't refresh on kill, so there's little reason to risk rushing to the next set of enemies with it. Or at least, it doesn't look like it does. With it not counting a lot of attacks from the above issue, it might just be that everything got one-shotted.
