Sandworm queen stuck in corner of map, away from any cave

I pretty well cleared the final floor of the sandworm lair, still couldn't find the queen...decided it would be a brilliant idea to teleport randomly to try and find her. Well, I was successful, she was stuck in the upper right. Originally I was thinking that was a spot the tunnel worms might dig to, but the walls caving in on me after I defeated the queen and goons disabuses me of that idea. Got out of there just fine, but never was able to dig to grab that equipment, har.
