ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

When I open the game and attempt to load a file, it goes to the loading screen, loads to 100%, and stays on that screen indefinitely. In addition, the text box and loading bar flicker slightly. I am using ToME on Steam and ahve recently installed Ashes.

Addenum: I just tried making a brand new game, and the exact same thing happened.

Check the log to find out what addon broke. Its probably ID500.

I don't have ID500. How do I check the log?

Disable Marson's UI Mod, I think he broke something. It's the only mod that updated today that I have and I'm having the same issue, disabling it fixed the problem.

You check the log by opening the te4_log.txt file next to the executable.

UI Mod is fixed, BTW.

I'm still having this problem, and I disabled every single addon except for official ones (ashes, item vault, etc.)

I do seem to have ashes listed twice though for some reason, so I'm guessing there is some conflict there.

You probably downloaded it manual and through Steam. Delete the one in the addons folder and leave the one in the dlc folder.
