ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hello, I played TOME for a bit and I'm loving it, but I have an issue.

Whenever I try to log on it'll be incredibly... spotty. Sometimes I can login on the main screen, but I always receive the message "Online profile disabled due to unknown error." when ingame.

I'm playing on Windows 7, 64-bit. Anyone have any idea what could be the issue? I've allowed both the launcher and the game through my firewall, am running the game as administrator, and have selected all the channels in the options. Thanks in advance!

The server getting hammered by the dlc release could be the problem.

This indeed seems to have started around the Ashes of Urh'Rok release time. Online connection is hardly ever working for me.
