ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

In my testing of the Archmage (after moving on from the Cursed and Necromancer), I've tested using the Aether Permeation prodigy.

One time I used it and everything seemed fine.

The next two characters both showed an odd problem, namely that on the character screen, the aether permeation resistance only showed up for the resistances that I actually had at the time of initiating it.

So, rather than showing all resistances as 45% (or whatever), it only shows Temporal and Darkness at that because those were the only two I had.

I'm not sure if it's affecting gameplay as archmages use shields so heavily that I don't really notice the damage amount, or if it's just now showing up on the character screen.

I'm going to test it again in developer mode to validate whether it affects damage or not.

It's not affecting gameplay. You can test this with a level 1 archmage on Linaniil. She got aether permeation too.
She usually got 2 additional resistances shown as 66% (because she got 100% arcane resistatance) and a bit all resistance (not 66%).


Cast a spell on her to proc premonition (after that proabably a third resistance is shown with 66%) and then cast another spell on her. Although there is no resistance to that element shown besides the low all resistance, she only takes 33% dmg from it.
