WHY?.

Because you're wearing heavy gloves.

I think this is some kind of display error related to the fact that unarmed attacks are slower while wearing heavy gloves. If you go to the attack tab it'll give you an (I think) accurate per weapon display of your attack speed. Your attack speed is not actually 83% unless you get disarmed and start punching.

Yep, maybe. But i think need fix this =)
