[1.2.3] Moving while dazed/pined etc.

When dazed/pined etc. (generaly not able to move) there are several ways to ignore this.

1. One can switch places with a friendly creature. While this is neat and can be argued with it does not consume a turn and can be used to move e.g. through 10 friendly summons without spending a fraction of a turn at all. Normaly (without the prodigy) this would take a complete turn (with 100% speed).
This has actualy been like this many patches (as long as I play this game).

2. Another way to move is with the new Two-handed assault:Fearless Cleave talent, which also completly ignores if you can or can not move.

3. The Brawler talent Finishing Moves: Butterfly kick
