I wasn't sure if it work so I made a check.
I had 3 t1 items, that are infused with nature, and one of them was also with psychic forces.
So it should be 1.5 bonus to mind power. Rounded down its one
before: 22Mp
after: 22(+1)
off: 22(-1)
on again: 22(+1)

so, it adds the Mp, but does not count for the total?
was it registered before?
I will write some more once i find a t2 item

Diminishing returns strike again!!

The first 20 points of power and saves cost 1 point each. The next 20 two points. The next 20 three points. etc. etc.

So what you're seeing is diminishing returns as you move from first tier to second tier. In other words that 1.5 mind power is only 1.5 mind power if your mind power is between 0 and 20. At 22 it's .75. The .75 is there by the way and depending on how it's rounded (down in the case of the display and up in the case of the compare.. don't ask me why) you'll either see it displayed or you won't.
