Hits yourself about 20% of the time, doing massive damage.
What is the point of that? Seems like a bug to me.

working as intended
if you use it and you're within range 1 of it when it hits the target youll get hit too

lol. I think that's really dumb tbh. Solipsists and Oozemancers and most other classes have ally-friendly dmg. Why not Wyrmics?

Actually most other classes don't have ally friendly damage.
I have a large pile of accidently killed escortees to verify this.

don't they? i play mostly oozes and solis, so I must have gotten used to the idea.
the problem with tornado is, it moves slowly, and even when i set it only at creatures 8 paces away, sometimes they rush you and bang, 400 dmg goes off in my face.
could a talent be added perhaps that reduces this to zero? like necros have
