Some artifact items unsellable?

I'm noting it with a few of the big two-handed weapons, once I've let them into my inventory proper, I can't Transmogrify or sell them, and I'm basically stuck with them unless I drop them or transfer them to my vault(I think I can still do that, but actually not sure).
Weapons it definitely happens to:
Eksatin's Ultimatum
Crude Iron Battle Axe of Kroll
Razorblade, the Cursed Waraxe
Is there any sort of reason for this? They do not seem to be marked as quest items or anything.

did you trade them across characters? If so, im pretty sure thats why

In the case of the Cursed Waraxe and the Mummified Egg Sac, I think its just that no merchant wants to touch them.

Naw, they were only ever on that one character.

They also transmogrify for 0.00 gold if you don't move them to your inventory proper.

If you move the cursed axe to your inventory, you can't transmogify it anymore too.
