[1.2.3] Classic UI mode only: cannot cancel buffs

with the Classic UI mode enabled, as opposed to the Minimalist UI mode, you aren't able to cancel a buff that you already have on you, period, no right click doesn't work
this bug has actually existed for a very long time
there is a really old addon to fix it but it doesn't work anymore; I did post about it in the addon forums, and I'd appreciate greatly if someone would make an addon to fix this, even if it is just an change to an existing UI addon
I ask because I know that the next patch isn't supposed to come out for a while, and I really don't like the Minimalist UI setting
