ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So yeah. I know normally when you die here, you don't actually lose a life. This time around I managed to kill almost everything, but I was down to very low HP. I managed to kill the named orc with Death Dance, but in the same turn some archer killed me and I lost a life. I got the achievement for killing him, but when I was ported to the Eidolon Plane I received the message you normally get when you die during the Ambush. When I ported back, there were still 2-3 orcs left.
