[1.2.3] Teleport traps and quest items

This is a real "edge case", but seems game-breaking so thought I'd better log it:

I was unlucky enough on a recent playthrough to have a teleport trap spawn under the blood-runed athame in Vor Armoury, making it impossible to pick up. As far as I can tell, options to solve the problem would normally be:

1. Trap destruction
2. Survival / Heightened Senses rank 3+

In this particular case I was antimagic so option 1 was a no-no, but I was able to go back to town, move points into Heightened Senses and go back. Some classes don't have survival unlocked, though, so this would be game breaking if those classes were to go antimagic.
