I was summoned back to the fortress. I had 18+ energy. Upgraded rod of recall = 3.05 energy left.
I then upgraded my cloak of deception and have -6.95 energy left.

That doesn't seem quite right...

Cloak upgrade costs 10 energy and doesn't check to see if you have 10 energy first.
