[1.2.3] lava floor in certain dreadfell vault heals you

I have 0% fire or blight damage affinity, I never had any in the first place, my Latafayn is not related to it, as evidenced by it still healing me when I take it off, and I am not treated as a demon by any items that I am wearing; I also have 48% fire resistance, which does not seem to affect the healing values at all judging by gear swapping; neither does blight resistance
after bumping a human sun-paladin into it he seemed to take blight damage; this obviously means that the lava floor works like a ghoul's retch, and deals blight instead of fire damage
my addons are dwarven adventurers, orc breeding pits restoration, and stone wardens, if it matters
