[1.2.3]No Trapped! quest

I have explored every inch of the map on my level 23 character. Is there a hidden level requirement or something?
Wander around the northern half of the map for a bit.
You can't get trapped if you're < level 6.
I'm not sure if Trapped! is guaranteed or not the first time you step on it's location when you're level 6 or higher...
