[1.2.3] Archer died twice in one turn

Was playing an Archer and died at one point, but I died twice in the same turn, the first time to the enemy that killed me and the second time it said I killed myself.
This happened twice in one run and the second time it took my last two lives and ended the run just before High Peak. Needless to say, kind of pissed.

Any idea how you killed yourself? Was there a talent or similiar that could have killed you? Also, got log? :>

When that happens to my archers (or mages), it's usually because I launched some manner of projectile attack at the enemy and then the enemy used some ability like bone grab or battle call or somesuch to summon me close and hit me. It usually goes down like this:
Me ----projectile--> Enemy *Battle call!*
----projectile--> Me Enemy *POUND*
Me Eidolon *Sucks to be you, mortal!*
----projectile----Me-> Enemy
Me Eidolon *We must stop meeting like this, mortal!*
