[1.2.3] Exotic Weapons Mastery not displayed in online vault

If you take Exotic Weapons Mastery/Legacy of the Naloren, the skill isn't shown on the character's page in the online character vault.
Also, damage bonuses/resistances besides All aren't displayed, but I don't know if that's a bug or if they were removed temporarily for performance reasons.
