Arcane eye image sticks around

I'm not sure if it's when I leave the level and it's active, or if I save and it's active... but I now have a permanent arcane eye image stuck on a square of dreadfell. (It's just the image, not actively seeing anything)

That happen when an enemy use Merkul's Second Eye.

Can happen with your own AA too if you leave the leave the level before it expires.
