[1.2.2] Heal mod broken

My heal mod is stuck at 0.5 after the effect of insidious poison which I removed with Wild infusion (or Relentless, not sure). Nothing else reduces it as far as I can see: http://te4.org/characters/56415/tome/01 ... 1947b54276
I tried restarting the game, changing location, equipment and leveling up. It's almost gamebreaking. I hope there is some way to restore it back apart from cheating?

You are carrying Goedalath Rock (it's a common thing to miss)

NP. There's one that will give you -2 to light as well, just in case you notice that happening.
