[1.2.2] Slasul did not spawn

He didn't just die before I could get to him - he just didn't spawn. Track finds nothing, I got no achievement at any point on the floor indicating his death, no Eldritch Pearl drop.
I've got the log saved and I can send the save if necessary, DarkGod. Let me know what you want to try and troubleshoot bosses vanishing again. :/
