Duplicate Fixedart Generation

On my Insane run as a Skeleton Adventurer, I got the Frost Treads in one of the Tier 1 dungeons; when I killed Wrathroot, they dropped again. Obviously the game saw how hard I was trying to stack +cold damage modifiers and wanted to help out.
If only I could wear two pairs of boots.
