Breaking the set will remove the Wormhole activation.

Just a reminder: it looks like this bug (see also here) is still around.

I can't guarantee that breaking the set is the trigger, but I found the cap and used its wormhole power. Then I found the robe, put it on to check my stats, but decided against it. Some time later I noticed that the wormhole power was gone

Not gamebreaking, but it would be nice if this is fixed eventually.
