Stuck in Sludgenest

I've reported this bug yesterday via in-game bug reporting coz my char is stuck in the "black screen of death" after entering Sludgenest. So what now? Will my char be stuck in this void forever? Is this a part of the game being "hard/unforgiving"? where if you don't die from monsters, from a random bug you will.
