ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I noticed that after I fully charged the Cuirass of the Dark Lord (on training dummies), whenever I hit an enemy with the ability, it would bring the armor up to full charge, no matter how many enemies were drained.
Also, after turning on my sound, I noticed it was making a rustling sound (like equipping a cloth armor or inscribing an infusion) every turn, which became horrible when resting. This issue was also reported by another player on chat.
