Cannot store items in the Temporal Locked Vault

I've unlocked the Sher'Tul fortress and have access to the Temporal Locked Vault, but cannot put items into it. As far as I can tell, I should have the "donator features" unlocked (shows "Redeemed Key 60 Voratun Coins, Unlocks donator features -60" in my te4.org profile) and I have the Stone Warden addon class unlocked, but when I try to place an item in the locked vault I get the error "You can not place an item in the vault from an un-validated game." Is there any way to correct this problem? Thanks!
