ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

My v10 launcher downloaded the latest update fine.
but its stopped on the unpacking download part.
i've tried running it as administor, (i've never HAD to do it before, but why not try)

its been stuck for about 10 minutes. third attempt.

i'm not even sure how to run the exe to skip the launcher and just play the game.

any help would be great.
even if just to tell me how to play the game and bypass the launcher would be great.

Ah yes, simply redownload the launcher from te4.org (the default download link) and override the launcher in your game's folder with it.

v10 launcher had a bug that in some cases makes upgrade not work :/
