"Durukan", green oozy area failing to generate lvl 3 stage.

The random area generator with the portal in the "ship" with the blue tentacle dude, generated an area called Durukan, green oozy. at stage 2 it failed to create stage 3 twice, at stage one once. My wild guess is it has something to do with the creatures.
