[Git] Mindslayer melee attack bugs

Tested on this commit commit.

All mindslayer talents that use their weapons cost 2 turns. Applies even without knowing any sustains so it must be specific to the psi slot or similiar.

Also, Kinetic Strike uses "attackTarget" without no_energy for the secondary talents while tranendant telekinesis is up, causing it to take MANY turns.

Also, some minor typos and bad descriptions:
  1. Kinetic Strike doesnt specify the knockback range
  2. Telekinetic Strike says "... telekinetically weilded weapon"
