Melinda, lucky girl. Can't progress.

The quest says that I've rescued Melinda and that she's in Last Hope. I've talked to her but now I can only tell her what's her future plans are. I can tell her I can talk to someone in Derth or Angolwen on her behalf but when I actually go there, there is no one I can mention Melinda to.
Quest is still active but no way for me to complete it as far as I know.

Try to ask her out - a day at the magnificent beaches of Eyal can do wonders.

I can't do that. The only option I have is ask what she will do next. I do think I initially could ask her out, but after picking the all-caps "bla bla nice guy" option I was only left with one option, which is to ask what she will do next.
If the choice I picked made the quest unsolvable then it should be a failed quest. Not a active quest. Otherwise a simple fix would be to let you ask her out again.
