1.1.5 - Nightmare randboss in Abashed Expanse

Abashed Expanse has many unreachable tiles, and normally that's fine. If you kill a Rare, the item drop is teleported to a nearby reachable tile.
But the Rod of Recall is not teleported.
Thus, if you get a randboss (which I did) then you may find yourself unexpectedly shafted:
