ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

It seems like the teleport effect of skills such as Elemetal Surge (Lightning) doesn't actually count as a teleport and doesn't trigger effects that are triggered by teleporting because of that. Not sure if it's intentional or not bnecause the Elemetal Surge clearly states "teleport".
