Artifacts: Crystal Focus does not work on Mindstars

According to the description it should work on any weapon, and not all mindstar users will be going anti-magic. And if it doesn't work on bows or slings, it ought to as well, while we're at it

Or ammo. Either would be acceptable to me.

Not on ammo. Too many bonuses would be applicable.
I've done the rest though. DarkGod should steal it.

It doesn't work on mindstars because mindstars are already gems.
