Psi shield damaged through Time Prison

The Weirdling Beast landed Time Prison on me while I had a spiked Charged Shield up. While I was affected by Time Prison, its Manathrust and Freeze did nothing. However, both casts of Mind Sear caused damage and reduced the shield total (though the duration didn't reduce while out of time, as expected).
