Auto-use of skills suddenly stopped working

Hi, I was exploring level 1 of Rak'shor pride and auto-use for my skills no longer works. Exiting and restarting the game didn't fix it
Auto-use still works on other characters I create however
I believe it happened while fighting a bone horror in the vault on the level, but I'm not sure

Press ctrl+p
It disables/enables auto-talents

Actual minor bug I found
I didn't give Tannen the Blood-Runed Athame or Resonating Diamond and instead went through the Far Portal in Reknor before confronting him.
I went and did everything else in the game beside the final dungeon, and came back to last hope. But when I go to his door, I still get the option to call him a thief and am teleported to his (now empty) tower. When I leave, I get the message that he was arrested, but he's still there
