1.1.5 Solipsism on_unlearn

If you learn and un-learn the Solipsism talent over and over, the on_learn will halve your life_rating, but the on_unlearn will not un-halve your life_rating. It's possible for an indecisive dabbler to get a life_rating of 1 after only a few clicks.
